Joel Horn
Joel is Managing Partner. He has managed small to Fortune 100 projects and companies, and played leadership roles in government agencies and non-profit organizations. Joel has a strong background in finance and business management, and enjoys leading teams that implement complex, fast-paced, high-growth projects. Joel has managed or been part of teams that have: raised tens of millions of dollars in venture and project finance money; managed a $300 million merger and acquisition fund; negotiated over $2 billion in complex contracts in the US, Europe, Japan, as well as project labor agreements in excess of 6 million employee-hours; and earned a “Building of the Year” Award for Amazon.com’s World Headquarters.

chemical industry,
during which time he has
managed plant operations
and held process
management positions.
Most recently, Bill
served as Chief
Operating Officer for a
privately held
company. His passion for
clean/green technology
helped us land him in
Boardman.

Yaniv Gelnik
Yaniv Gelnik is responsible for Business Development. Yaniv has over 10 years of experience in strategic consulting and project management across various industries. Prior to working for McKinstry Reklaim, Yaniv was involved in the development of clean technologies and responsible policy in the developing world. Yaniv holds a triple BA from Brown University.

Marin Landis
Marin is responsible for Office Administration and Bookkeeping. Her experience includes her work as Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Propel Fuels, a local start-up biofuels retailer, until the company moved its headquarters to Sacramento, CA. In addition, Marin worked as an Accountant for Tableau Software, a local visual analytics software company. She has also managed several medical offices and provided medical billing services. Marin has a BA from the University of Washington.

Kevin Raymond
Kevin Raymond heads External Relations. In addition to his
experience with clean technology, renewable fuel and agricultural start-up
companies, Kevin has been a private practice and government attorney, served in
senior appointed local government positions, and provided consulting and
government relations services to public, private and non-profit entities. He has
a BS from Huxley College of the Environment at Western Washington University, an
M. Div from Seattle University, and a JD from University of Washington.
